• Each VB Original Custom Velvet Tote is carefully inspected before it is shipped. In the unlikely event there is a quality issue with your tote, e-mail Lori within 30 days of delivery with concerns and questions.
• Your VB Original Tote will arrive in 4 to 6 weeks; depending on the season.
• VB Original Tote orders are to be paid in full at time your order is placed.
• Each VB Original Tote is custom-made especially for you. For this reason there is a "NO RETURN" policy. All sales are final.
• Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount. The recipient of the gift certificate will be responsible if there is any balance due at the time of the order. Gift certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are mailed to the recipient through the U.S. postal service.
